From the date of purchase, products are covered for ten years against defects in materials or workmanship. The ten-year commitment reflects confidence in product quality and service, and Looped Logic® aims to deliver beyond the promise.
If the product is used incorrectly—including storing items outside its intended category, changing its intended use, mishandling during user transport, inadequate storage, impact or drop damage, or unauthorized disassembly—the 10-year warranty does not apply. Looped Logic® also does not accept liability for direct or indirect losses arising from material or manufacturing defects.
