If the customer uses the product incorrectly, including storing items that do not correspond to the product category, changing the original use of the product, or handling the product abnormally (product damage caused by the user's own handling, impact, drop, and self disassembly due to improper storage of the product, etc.), the ten-year warranty commitment is not applicable. At the same time, Lepuleji will not be held responsible for direct or indirect losses caused by material or manufacturing process issues.
